On March 30 a delegation representing the Cook County Chamber and the Cook County-Grand Marais EDA met with Sen. Tom Bakk at the Capitol in St. Paul. “We were talking with him about our legislative priorities, which include increased state funding for Higher Ed and support for various workforce housing initiatives,” said Jim Boyd, executive director of the Cook County Chamber of Commerce.
