Following the hospital board’s January 19 meeting, a celebration honoring Howard Abrahamson’s long commitment to serving on the hospital board was held. Howard recently stepped away as a hospital board member due to concerns about his health. He became a hospital board member in 2003, about the time his wife Joan left the hospital board.
