National Honor Society members merrily trooped through a light drizzle, dodging and ducking the throngs of little ghosts and goblins on Halloween as they collected donations for the local food shelf. This year’s “Trick or Can” effort raised 312 pounds of food for the food shelf, almost 50 pounds more than they received last year. Some people also donated money that will be given to the food shelf. (L-R) Abby Prom, Maya McHugh, Dorin Acero, and Will Surbaugh.
