They didn’t win, but it didn’t matter to Hovland’s Frank Moe and his dog Bart, who eagerly took part in the skijoring race held on Sunday, February 14, one of many events held at the Pincushion Mountain Winter Ski Festival. Race Coordinator Chris Hegg said he was very happy with the large turnout, and thanked all of the volunteers and participants who turned out to make this a successful fundraiser for the North Shore Ski and Run Club’s Y-Ski program and the Cook County High School cross country ski team.
