After a ride in the Tofte parade, former Tofte Supervisor Allan “DC” Olsen (right) was presented a plaque declaring him the 2014 Tofte Citizen of the Year. Town Board Chair Paul James made the presentation, thanking Olsen for his many years on the town board and for his work as the township liaison for the Birch Grove Community Center.
