The Cook County Bike Safety Rodeo at the Cook County Community Center on Thursday, May 17 helped local kids get ready for safe bike riding this summer. The weather cooperated and it was a warm sunny day. Volunteers helped dozens of kids practice riding skills. Volunteer Rory Smith high-fives a young rider after she completes the practice course.
