Over 100 people gathered in Harbor Park in downtown Grand Marais on Thursday, March 1 to give local musher Frank Moe a sendoff on his “Sled Dogs to St. Paul” journey. Organizers collected signatures on petitions opposed to non-ferrous metals mining in Northeastern Minnesota.
