Viking football practice began at Cook County High School on Monday, August 17. Head Coach Mitch Dorr, Coach Mike Boomer, and Coach Pat Eliasen put the Vikes through their paces. At press time on Wednesday, August 26, the team was playing a “Blue & White” scrimmage at Lyle Anderson Field.
