On May 12, a Women’s Health Dinner was held at Grand Portage Health Services in preparation for the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community mobile mammogram unit. This is the third year that the mobile unit has visited Grand Portage. The mammogram bus was located at Health Services on May 24 – 25. At the dinner, all of the women received information on women’s health issues and cancer. The organizer was Dani Reilly who did a great job putting the event together.
