On Sunday, April 16, 2023, Jean Brislance took this picture of a bird that looked a little upset about the dastardly weather. Jean said, “This week we saw our first warbler of spring, the Yellow-rumped Warbler. I got this shot today in our yard during the snow and sleet. Because insects are scarce, this one was coming to our feeder to eat suet, which the Yellow-rumps are known to do when insects are scarce.”
