Jean Brislance takes multitudes of great pictures, many of them focused on birds. This week Jean sent several pictures of our winged friends with little introductions about each. “We have a flock of Purple Finches visiting our feeders this winter. While they can technically be year-round residents of our area, they are a little more uncommon during the winter. These are the first winter season Purple Finches we have had at our place in Lutsen since December 2019.”
