Jean Brislance took this neat picture of an American Redstart, just one of many great bird pictures he sends our way. Said Brislance, “The fall migration is in progress, and we have been seeing quite a variety of birds heading south. Since August 1st, which is considered the start of the Minnesota Ornithologists’ Union “fall” season, we have observed 19 species of warblers at our place in Lutsen. It is a terrific time for watching birds.”
