High Falls, Minnesota’s tallest waterfall, is spectacular this time of year. Located in Grand Portage on the Pigeon River, the half-mile trail leading from the Grand Portage State Park parking area is paved and has a boardwalk making it easy to reach High Falls for most pedestrians.
