The Cook County Community Foundation held a scotch tasting event along with traditional Scottish pub food at the Birch Terrace Supper Club on Thursday, March 24. David Coleman (aka Dr. Scotch) and Tyson Smith, along with trustees of the CCCF hosted the event. All of the proceeds from the fundraiser will go to the Cook County Community Foundation. In 2021 the CCCF awarded more than $23,000 to Cook County non-profits for various community service initiatives.
