American Legion Post 413 Commander Bob Matson and Rod Carlson presented Terry Breithaupt and Mike Backlund with certificates honoring their 50-year membership and service to the legion. The certificates were awarded on March 17 at Birch Terrace Supper Club where the meeting was held.
