Following the Oh Ole Night Parade held Friday, November 26, was the annual lighting of the Christmas tree in Harbor Park. The large crowd who had gathered for the parade and tree lighting didn’t have to wait long for the fireworks which filled the clear skies over the harbor. With lively tunes coming from speakers on the corner of Joynes Ben Franklin Department store and Murray the Moose dancing in the streets to the happy musical beats, it was a festive, joyful night.
