Jim Bullard of Randolph, Minnesota (on the left) won the Great Place Project canoe in the drawing held Oct. 23. Greeting Jim was Jim Boyd, Executive Director of the Cook County Chamber of Commerce. Bullard arrived to pick the canoe up on Friday, Oct. 29.
