Photo courtesy of Darin Fagerman Richard “Dick” Parker of Grand Marais was recently nominated for Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Snowmobile Safety Instructor of the Year. Parker was recognized by Cook County DNR officers and area volunteers for all the hard work and effort he puts into the DNR’s youth safety programs.
