This little kitten showed up at our door one morning. Our family dog, Archie, was very curious and gentle with this strange lively creature. Dad said the kitten could stay for just three days. Dad grew up on a farm and cats belonged in the barn, not in the house.
The kitten enjoyed its new home on the farm that the Sisters of Saint Francis of the Holy Cross managed in Bay Settlement, Wisconsin.
