This is Yeager, a rescue dog from Ruffstart in Princeton, Minnesota. Ruffstart brings adoptable dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters in Texas to Minnesota where volunteers foster them for adoption. Over 3,000 pets were adopted last year alone. Yeager is a happy, super friendly new Cook County resident!
