Pederson graduates Border Patrol Academy





 

 

Border Patrol Agent Cory Richard Pederson graduated from the Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico on February 10, 2010. Pederson is a member of Border Patrol Academy class of 912/217.

The U.S. Border Patrol Academy is recognized as having one of the most challenging curriculums in federal law enforcement. The Border Patrol Academy is tasked with training the largest influx of new agents in the history of any federal law enforcement training academy. Those who attend the rigorous 55-day program must pass all departments including immigration law, physical techniques, driver training and firearms.

Agent Pederson is a 2001 graduate of Cook County High School, a graduate of Lake Superior College and the University of MN, Duluth. He is the son of Ray Pederson and Collette Pederson of Grand Marais.

Agent Pederson will be assigned to the Del Rio, TX sector.
