PBS-8 seeking “B” is for beef recipes

Where’s the beef? Is it in your collection of favorite, family tested, tried and true recipes? If so, those are exactly the recipes PBS-8 of Duluth needs for its next WDSE

Cooks

cookbook coming out in March.

PBS-8 asks viewers, what are your favorite recipes that call for beef? Any and all cuts of beef are welcomed, from beef soups to stews and stroganoff to sirloin; from roasts to hot dishes and pasties to prime rib. PBS-8 encourages cooks to submit their favorite “B” is for Beef
recipes by January 31, 2010 to WDSE Cooks,
632 Niagara Court, Duluth, MN 55811. Recipes may also be e-mailed to jkellner@wdse.org.

Everyone who sends in a recipe will also receive a gift from WDSE Cooks.

PBS-8 also offers dinner ideas at the WDSE Cooks
website: www.wdse.org with its recipe of the week, highlighting previously featured on-air recipes.

Think about submitting a recipe and joining other Cook County cooks who have been featured on past WDSE Cooks programs—Paulette Anholm, Donna Lunke, Joan Farnam, Lavonne Anderson, Lyn Singleton, and most recently, Deb Steenbakker.
