Palmer and Carter receive awards

Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC has recognized Virginia Detrick Palmer and Bob Carter with the Diamond Society and Sterling Society awards respectively for their impressive performance in 2018 sales. Coldwell Banker is the oldest and most established real estate franchise in North America. Established over 100 years ago its network has grown to deliver real estate leadership in 49 countries and territories.

Virginia is broker and owner of Coldwell Banker North Shore, the family business her father, John Detrick, began in 1973. When she isn’t selling real estate she remains active in the community and enjoys the many recreational opportunities the area has to offer with her friends and family.

Bob has been awarded two Diamond Society Awards in 2014 and 2017. He has been active in real estate sales for 20 years. Aside from real estate, Bob stays busy with community activities including YMCA, serving on various boards, supporting high school athletics, and of course, playing golf.
