When Visit Cook County created a “One Moose Apart” campaign to encourage social distancing and mask wearing in Cook County, “We didn’t expect such a great response,” said Kjersti Vick, Marketing and Public Relations Director of Visit Cook County.
But hurry if you want a shirt, the deadline to order is August 11.
“When we launched the campaign, we were expecting around 50 people would purchase the t-shirts,” said Vick. “As of today, we’ve received 286 orders and raised over $4000! All proceeds will be distributed locally.”
In addition to the “One Moose Apart” campaign, Visit Cook County is providing complementary face coverings to visitors in the area and is promoting safe and responsible visitation.
