Don Rutledge, housing energy advisor from Thunder Bay, will be in Cook County on Friday, June 24 to teach a class on home renovations for energy conservation. He would like to do an energy audit on an older home near the Community Center with a basement if possible. Based upon the energy audit done, he would make recommendations to the homeowner about what could be done and use that example in his class. There would be no charge to the homeowner.
