The annual Oh Ole Night holiday parade will start at 5:30 p.m. (Friday, November 29) on Wisconsin Street with two loops around town and end with a rousing finish at Harbor Park for a tree lighting ceremony and some singing. There will be fireworks over the harbor after the tree lighting.
To take part in the parade, line up in the Senior Center parking lot on Broadway by 5 p.m.
Murray the Moose, will be footloose and fancy, strolling through the crowd, meeting and greeting kids of all ages. Murray might even dance with you if the music is playing by Joynes Ben Franklin again this year!
As for Santa Claus? There are rumors he will be in town for a pre-Christmas visit. It just depends on whether his reindeer are up for a quick training run. Right now, the word is that Rudolph has a very runny red nose, so we will just have to wait and see!
