North Shore Winery (NSW) will host its third annual Harvest Fest on Saturday, November 3 from noon to 6 p.m.
North Shore Winery winemaker Chuck Corliss and his assistant, Charlie Bronstein, will demonstrate how NSW ferments and processes wines after receiving grapes.
Step into the barrel room to get a personal tour of the operation including an opportunity to see each piece of equipment and understand how it is used in the process. It’s a great experience to learn more about winemaking while enjoying a glass of wine or cider.
NSW is excited to offer warm soup starting at noon until it’s gone from Lutsen Resort. Jon Kallberg will be playing music from 2-5 p.m. Jon plays beautiful acoustic harp guitars utilizing alternative tunings and a variety of instruments to create his musical landscape.
The winery and tasting room, located on Ski Hill Road in Lutsen, is open from noon to 7 p.m. The tasting room offers a flight of tastings for a fee along with carafe, glass, and bottle purchases of wine and hard cider. The tasting room offers a selection of crafted cheeses and cured meats to enjoy while visiting the winery.
