North Shore Title adds depth and expertise with four new employees


North Shore Title, a leading provider of commercial and residential real estate transactions, has strengthened its internal team at multiple office locations and is pleased to welcome four new staff members. Joining the team is Janet Merrill Levinski in a post-closing position, Wendy Hurst as an examiner, Rachel Fanney as an administrative assistant and Angie Hendrickson as an administrative assistant.

Janet Merrill Levinski joined the Cloquet, Minnesota, office, and is responsible for handling North Shore Title’s post-closing records. Janet manages record-keeping and documentation for the company, among other duties. Before joining North Shore Title, she supervised St. Louis County Torrens division for many years, and she is looking forward to her exciting, new role at North Shore Title.

Wendy Hurst brings to the team nearly 30 years of experience in the title industry. She will be working in North Shore Title’s Superior, Wisconsin office, as an examiner. Wendy examines title for real estate and manages title commitments and records for the company. For the last few years, Wendy has worked for the Douglas County, Wisconsin, Register of Deeds office and is thrilled to bring her expertise to her new position at North Shore Title.

Rachel Fanney joins the North Shore Title team as administrative assistant in the Duluth Matterhorn office. Rachel is responsible for various administrative duties, greeting customers, and assisting team members as needed. Her positive demeanor and work ethic align perfectly with North Shore Title’s commitment to helping employees achieve their individual career goals.

Angie Hendrickson began working at North Shore Title’s Superior, Wisconsin, office as an administrative assistant in September 2019. Along with Angie’s administrative duties and support for fellow team members, she has brought positive energy and a fantastic work ethic to North Shore Title. Angie looks forward to being part of continued growth for the company.
