The Wunderbar and local painter Anna Hess will be featured on a WDSE•WRPT upcoming Making It Up North episode, “Making It: Chasing the Dream,” on Thursday, January 31 at 8 p.m. on PBS North (check your local listings), which features four great businesses led by entrepreneurs who dreamed big up and down the North Shore.
Also featured are Northland entrepreneurs Patrick Krekelberg and his start-up tech concern Krekletronics, follow Frank Sander as he builds his Little Knife Sanctuary/ Artist Retreat one step at a time, and take a tour of Teri Downing’s Wunderbar as it invites in community, and explore the great work of playful painter Anna Hess.
Emmy-nominated Making It Up North, in its second season, highlights creative entrepreneurs in northern Minnesota who know what it takes to make it in today’s business climate.
