The Memorial Blood Centers is conducting a Blood Drive at Zoar Lutheran Church on Monday, November 16 from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Anyone interested in giving blood is encouraged to call for an appointment to help fill the need in the Duluth/Superior and Arrowhead Region.

To meet the needs of hospitals in northeastern Minnesota, Memorial Blood Centers must collect at least 2,400 units of blood each week.
Each blood donation can save as many as three lives. The donation process takes approximately 45 minutes and includes registration, a mini-physical and the donation, with the actual donation time being less than 10 minutes. Donors must be at least 17 years old, in good health and weigh at least 110 pounds.
One in three people will need blood in their lifetime. You never know when you or someone you love might be the one. Give the gift of life!
