A late report from the North Pole indicates that Santa’s sleigh is okay after one of his mischievous elves took it for a trial run and crashed.
“Sweet sugar cookies!” exclaimed Santa as he surveyed the crash site. “I’m glad BibbityBob is okay but no more sleigh driving for him,” scolded Santa to his sad little elf who, at 106 years old is still considered a youngster.
Lucky for BibbityBob and eight nervous reindeer, the sleigh just glazed a glacier, bounced off an iceberg and skipped off the tops of three Eskimo igloos before landing in a soft pile of snow.
“Looks like I will be able to deliver presents once again this year after all,” said Santa as his face brightened and he laughed with gusto, Ho, Ho, Ho!
