New Summer Girls’ Softball Program for Ages 8-12

Cook County Community Education is seeking sponsors to help pay for equipment for kids’ baseball and softball summer programs.

In addition to T-ball/ Parent Pitch and Little League baseball, Cook County Community Education is adding an exciting new summer softball program for girls ages 8-12.

That said, all of the kids’ programs are in need of new equipment.

This year new equipment is needed in order to keep the programming running as some of the older gear is worn and needs to be replaced. Needed are helmets, bats, Little League uniforms, and t-shirts for T-ball and Parent Pitch.

The softball program is brand new, so everything is needed: catcher’s gear set, helmets, bats, fielding masks, balls, uniform shirts and team equipment bags.

A Level-1 sponsorship for $300 will allow you to sponsor a team and get ads on the t-shirts; a Level 2 $150 Gold Sponsor receives public recognition; a level 3 sponsor $10 Silver sponsor gets social media posts, and a Level 4 $50 Bronze Star sponsor will receive a thank you card for the donation.

If you would like to contribute to these kid’s programs, please drop a check off to Community Education ISD #166 or mail a check to 101 W. 5th St. Grand Marais, MN 55604.
