Cook County Higher Education will present The New Media Landscape and What it Means for Your Business on Thursday, May 5 at the North Shore Campus. 2010 came and went and left a whole new media landscape in its wake. With 2011 now here, how can your business take advantage of all the different media opportunities out there?
During this half-day workshop, Mike Malone from SwimCreative will address the following topics: Strategies and tactics for utilizing social media; how to optimize, integrate, and enhance your web presence; tutorial on Google Analytics and how to analyze the valuable data it is providing; and new tools that can help your business.
Malone is an account manager for SwimCreative in Duluth. His work with clients includes new media training and development, marketing and public relations.
The New Media Landscape workshop is recommended for marketers of all experience levels who want to know how they can grow their business in 2011. The session will be held at the North Shore Campus in Grand Marais from 1 to 5 p.m.; the cost is $25.
