Chris and Kim Peterson of Shakopee, Minn., are happy to announce the birth of their daughter Reagan Ann Peterson. Reagan was born October 25, 2013 at 12:48 p.m. at St. Francis Hospital, Shakopee. Reagan weighed six pounds 15 ounces and was 19.75 inches long. She has brown eyes and black hair. She will be baptized on January 18, 2014 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Shakopee. Reagan is welcomed home by big siblings and Chase and Arianna. She is also welcomed by her paternal grandparents Dave and Andrea Peterson of Grand Marais; Bill and Sue Weckman of Shakopee; and maternal great-grandmother Betty Menden of Shakopee.

Ian and Colleen Sylvester are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Elizabeth Nicole Sylvester, at 3:30 a.m. Nov. 26, 2013 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Elizabeth weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces. Proud grandparents are Jeff and Annette Sylvester of Grand Marais, and Paul and Chris Sullivan of West Allis, Wisc.
