Need something fun to do that includes mild exercise?

Modern Western Square Dance lessons and dancing will begin on Thursdays from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the 4-H log building by the Community Center in Grand Marais beginning January 5.

This is similar to traditional square dance that you may have done at a Contra dance, but there are also some substantial differences. No experience is necessary, and you do not need to bring a partner.

Even if you’ve started lessons already you are welcome to join in.
