There has been a lot of news about The Hub, formerly Cook County Senior Center. I would like to acknowledge and thank a specific group that operates on Monday afternoons. The Healthy Living group meets on Mondays. My 94 year old mother participates and really appreciates the friendships and connections she is making as a newer member of Cook County. The group is diverse in age, gender and all walks of life. It is such a welcoming and special group and always makes Mondays a day to look forward to! Thank you to The Hub for giving this group some space and THANK YOU Healthy Living group members for your care and friendship.
