Minnesota should be tolerant and fair

Here are some countries where same sex marriage is legal: Canada, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, South Africa and The Netherlands. Here are some countries where homosexuality is illegal: Somalia, Yemen, Iran, Pakistan and Guyana. Which group do Minnesotans want to align with on this issue?

Think of the committed same sex couples that you know and ask yourself if their happiness should be denied by the state constitution.

We have the opportunity in the upcoming election to show the world that Minnesota is not only nice, but tolerant, humane and fair. We can do that by voting no on the proposed constitutional amendment to ban same sex marriage.
