The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

Dennis E. Patti, 65, Genoa City, Wis., pled guilty Aug. 14 to speeding (71/55) on July 23, and was fined $150.

Rose Margaret Ingebrigtsen, 19, Grand Marais, pled guilty Aug. 23 to minor consumption of liquor on Aug. 4, and was fined $190.

Magdalynn Rosa McMillan, 18, Grand Marais, pled guilty Aug. 21 to minor consumption of liquor on Aug. 4, and was fined $190.

Andrew Smith Peterson, 25, Grand Marais, pled guilty Aug. 21 to expired driver’s license and no motorcycle endorsement on Aug. 2, and was fined $240.

Jerry Robb Mount, 44, Falls City, Neb., pled guilty Aug. 30 to charges of no seat belt use, open bottle in a motor vehicle, marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia filed July 28, and was fined $315.

Devann Michael Pauling, 20, Grand Marais, pled guilty Aug. 29 to minor consumption of liquor on Aug. 4 and no seat belt use on July 2, and was fined $305.

Christa Michelle Hartig, 42, Apple Valley, pled guilty Aug. 29 to speeding (64/45) on Aug. 5, and was fined $150.

Robert Louis Nistico, 19, Ontario, pled guilty Sept. 1 to speeding (80/55) on Aug. 5, and was fined $230.

Joseph Peter Downs, 19, Lino Lakes, pled guilty Sept. 4 to speeding (40/30) on July 28 and was fined $290.

Scott Steven Ellefson, 27, Duluth, pled guilty Sept. 4 to speeding (71/55) on June 15 and was fined $150.

Catarina Marie Gordon, 20, Grand Marais, pled guilty July 22 to felony charges of possession of drugs filed Feb. 27, and was granted a stay of adjudication Sept. 9 and sentenced to three years of supervised probation with conditions and ordered to pay a $50 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $140.
