Lance Andrew Wilson, 44, Grand Marais, pled guilty July 24 to charges of test refusal filed May 31. Sentenced Aug. 12 to one year in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $900 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $1,015.
Effie Elizabeth Albitz, 18, Edina, pled guilty Aug. 13 to minor consumption of liquor on Aug. 4, and was fined $190.
Max David Albitz, 20, Edina, pled guilty Aug. 13 to minor consumption of liquor on Aug. 4, and was fined $190.
Nichole Marie Bartels, 35, Grand Marais, pled guilty Aug. 13 to speeding (60/40) on June 16, the court having dismissed an additional charge of no proof of insurance, and was fined $160.
Gabriel Michael Bethke, 20, Grand Marais, pled guilty Aug. 13 to minor consumption of liquor and possession of a small amount of marijuana on April 5, and was fined $240.
