Daryll Christian Strom, 44, Brooklyn Center, pled guilty Aug. 12 to felony charges of possession of drugs and DWI (refuse to submit to test) filed July 27, 2012, the court having dismissed additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession/sale small amount of marijuana. Sentenced to 17 months at the state correctional facility at St. Cloud, stayed four years with supervised probation and conditions and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $590.
Victoria Anne Tracy, 21, Finland, pled guilty March 5 to charges of DUI on Jan. 12, the court having dismissed additional charges of possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. Sentenced Aug. 12 to 60 days in jail, stayed one year with supervised probation and conditions and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $615.
Bradley Joseph Wilson, 35, Grand Marais, pled guilty Jan. 24 to felony charges of terroristic threats filed Nov. 3, 2012, the court having dismissed additional charges of repeatedly using the mail to harass. Granted a stay of imposition Aug. 12 and sentenced to three years of supervised probation with conditions and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine plus court costs for a total of $1,090.
