Matters of Record




The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

Lawrence Joseph Landherr, 68, Schroeder, pled guilty June 12 to a DNR Forestry violation (failure to extinguish a fire) on May 28, and was fined $190.

Sean David Jaeger, 25, Dayton, pled guilty June 20 to speeding (74/55) on May 6 and was fined $150.

David John Lenzmeier, 42, Minneapolis, pled guilty June 28 to speeding (70/55) on June 2, and was fined $150.

Patrick Lee O’Daniel, 28, Hopkins, pled guilty June 28 to speeding (70/55) on May 19, and was fined $150.

Tyler Lee O’Leary, 20, St. Cloud, pled guilty July 1 to charges of underage consumption of liquor on June 24, and was fined $190.

Jill Marie Rousse, 39, Calumet, pled guilty July 9 to charges of issuing a dishonored check on July 17, 2012, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, stayed one year with unsupervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $160 fine, $893.70 restitution and court costs and fees for a total of $1,143.70.

Benjamin Michael Trace, 35, Tallmadge, Ohio, pled guilty July 10 to speeding (61/45) on June 22, and was fined $150.
