Bradley Robert Emerson, 28, Duluth, pled guilty March 5 to charges of DWI filed Jan. 11, an additional charge of open bottle having been dismissed by the court. Sentenced April 15 to 365 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay an $800 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $890.
Jason James Hall, 31, Grand Marais, pled guilty March 26 to charges of DWI filed Jan. 1, the court having dismissed additional charges of possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving after revocation. Sentenced April 15 to 90 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $615.
Nicholas John Pitman, 32, Grand Marais, pled guilty March 26 to charges of DUI filed Nov. 11, 2012, the court having dismissed additional charges of uninsured vehicle, open bottle and driving after suspension. Sentenced to 365 days in jail, stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $700 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $815.
