The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. Jerald Thomas Lawrence, 32, Schroeder, pled guilty March 25 to charges of DWI, open bottle (traffic), possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed Feb. 24. Sentenced March 27 to 60 days in jail, stayed one year with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $615.
Ellen Jane Heisel, 53, Lakeville, pled guilty March 29 to speeding (66/45) on March 3, and was fined $230.
Mikko Savioja, 19, Ontario, pled guilty March 29 to littering on Feb. 16, and was fined $190.
Adam John Froemming, 30, Edina, pled guilty April 1 to speeding (66/45) on March 2, and was fined $230.
