Mark Walter Zierath, 54, Grand Marais, pled guilty Jan. 8 to
a traffic violation (uninsured vehicle) on Jan. 11, 2012, and was
fined $290.
Andrew Joseph Roth, 29, St. Cloud, pled guilty Jan. 14 to a DNR
violation (live bait – designated trout lake) on Dec. 29, and was
fined $190.
Janelle Beth Reed Villebrun, 44, Princeton, pled guilty Jan. 14
to charges of speeding (65/55) and no proof of insurance on Aug.
16, 2010, and was fined $330.
Benjamin Louis Dobbelmann, 33, Grand Rapids, pled guilty
Dec. 12 to felony charges of criminal sexual conduct filed Oct.
1, 2001. Sentenced Jan. 23 to 18 months in the state correctional
facility at St. Cloud, stayed five years with supervised probation
and conditions.
