The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

Dawayne Maurice Judd, 44, Eden Prairie, pled guilty Aug.
24 to charges of driving after revocation and speeding (73/55)
on June 16, and was fined $350.
Corrie D’Angelo Ervin, 45, Orlando, Fla., pled guilty Aug. 24
to speeding (70/55) on July 28, and was fined $150.
Erik Quintin Rowley, 47, Prior Lake, pled guilty Aug. 24 to
charges of failure to stop at a stop sign and driving after suspension on May 28, and was fined $340.
Dinis Figueira Arruda, 24, Ontario, pled guilty Aug. 29 to
speeding (73/55) on Aug. 25, and was fined $150.
Jeremy Dustin Carlson, 34, Grand Portage, pled guilty
Aug. 7 to charges of DWI filed April 27, the court having dismissed an additional charge of DWI (alcohol concentration
0.08 within two hours). Sentenced Aug. 29 to 180 days in jail,
stayed two years with supervised probation and conditions,
and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a
total of $590.
Brian Kruk, 54, Ontario, pled guilty Aug. 29 to speeding
(70/55) on June 30, and was fined $150.
Jeremy Ross Randell, New Foundland, pled guilty Aug. 29
to felony charges of drug possession and was granted a stay
of adjudication and given credit for serving eight days in jail,
and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine. Court costs and fees were
waived.
Mariah Rose Ahlert, 19, St. Cloud, pled guilty Sept. 6 to
speeding (66/45) on Aug. 24, and was fined $230.
Glenn De Guzman, 30, Ontario, pled guilty Sept. 6 to speeding (70/55) on Aug. 26, and was fined $150.
