Matters of Record




The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

Krystyna Ulanski, 46, Lemont, Ill., pled guilty July 29 to
speeding (73/55) on July 4, and was fined $150.
Catarina Marie Gordon, 18, Grand Marais, pled guilty Aug. 3
to speeding (73/55) on July 8 and July 6 (70/55), and was fined
$150 for each offense.
Lloyd Ludwig Roccker, 67, San Antonio, Texas, pled guilty
Aug. 3 to a DNR game and fish violation (possess fish that was
unlawfully taken in Canada) on July 21, and was fined $190.
Travis Kristian Heins, 20, White Bear Lake, pled guilty Aug.
2 to charges of underage consumption of liquor, possession of
a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia filed July
21, and was fined $390.
Kathryn Angeline Legarde, 19, Grand Portage, pled guilty
Aug. 9 to underage consumption of liquor on Dec. 14, 2011,
and was fined $190.
Paul Taylor Hubbard, 20, Ankeny, Iowa, pled guilty Aug. 8 to
speeding (66/40) on Aug. 3, and was fined $290.
Johnathan Ray England, 42, Cloquet, pled guilty Aug. 8 to
charges of driving after revocation on Jan. 13 and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, which may be served concurrently
with another case. In addition, another charge of unlawful
possession of drugs was dismissed, and all fees and fines were
waived.
Jay Robert Hanson, 40, Duluth, pled guilty Aug. 17 to speeding (70/40) on July 18, and was fined $290.
Jacob Patrick Kosak, 20, Lino Lakes, pled guilty Aug. 17 to
minor consumption of liquor on Aug. 5, and was fined $190.
Shane Ray Lutz, 18, Centerville, pled guilty Aug. 17 to minor
consumption of liquor on Aug. 5, and was fined $190.
Daniel Joseph Nadeau, 19, White Bear Lake, pled guilty Aug.
20 to minor consumption of liquor on July 21, and was fined
$190.
Kenneth Dale Morland Jr., 61, Strafford, Mo., pled guilty
Aug. 20 to two DNR fish and game violations (take or possess
overlimit of fish) on July 26, and was fined $790.
