The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted.

Michael Robert Salas, 50,
Richfield, pled guilty June 25 to
speeding (72/55) on April 6, and
was fined $150.
Dana Lynn Oestreicher, 21,
Ontario, pled guilty June 24 to
open bottle (traffic) on May 13,
and was fined $190.
Milissa Lynn Lorntson, 46,
Beaver Bay, pled guilty June 22 to
charges of driving after revocation and displaying suspended or
stolen plates on Nov. 2, 2011 and
was fined $590.
Alexandra Doreen Wrigley,
19, Ontario, pled guilty June 26
to speeding (74/55) on April 19,
and was fined $150.
Janet L. Dekenis, 65,
Cambridge, Mass., pled guilty
June 29 to speeding (57/40) on
May 15, and was fined $150.
Thomas James Stubbings, 65,
Ontario, pled guilty June 29 to
speeding (74/55) on May 28, and
was fined $150.
Dana Marie Hoffman, 24,
Sioux Falls, S.D., pled guilty July
2 to speeding (74/40) on June 20,
and was fined $390.
Aaron David Asplund, 32,
Mounds View, pled guilty July 5
to speeding (60/45) on June 10,
and was fined $150.
Jonathan Hunter Wilson, 41,
Ontario, pled guilty July 5 to
speeding (47/30) on June 30, and
was fined $150.
Steven Charles Faas, 53,
Rochester, pled guilty July 9 to
speeding (67/45) on July 2, and
was fined $230.
Gaoly Xiong, 18, Eau Claire,
Wis., pled guilty July 9 to speeding (70/55) on June 12, and was
fined $150.
John J. Lessick, 41, Wheaton,
Ill., pled guilty July 9 to speeding
(72/55) on June 13, and was fined
$150.
Nicholas Matthew Bray, 28,
Minneapolis, pled guilty July 11
to speeding (62/40) on June 10,
and was fined $230.
Colton Louis Witte, 22,
Mankato, pled guilty July 11 to
speeding (73/55) on June 11, and
was fined $150.
Patrick Alen Burke, 71,
Weyauwega, Wis., pled guilty
July 12 to a DNR game and fish
violation (possess fish that was
unlawfully taken or possessed in
Canada) on June 9, and was fined
$190.
Mathew Burton Johnson, 36,
Grand Marais, pled guilty July
17 to charges of driving while
impaired (DWI) filed April 1,
and was sentenced to 60 days in
jail, stayed one year with supervised probation and conditions,
and ordered to pay a $400 fine
plus court costs and fees for a
total of $515.
