Deanna June Digregorio, 23, Thunder Bay,
pled guilty Nov. 8 to speeding (79/55) on Aug.
30, and was fined $230.
Brian Douglas Frye, 34, Bloomington, pled
guilty Nov. 8 to speeding (57/40) on Aug. 29,
and was fined $150.
Carla Jane Elliott, 48, Thunder Bay, pled
guilty Nov. 8 to misdemeanor charges of theft
($500 or less) filed Aug. 30, and was sentenced
to 45 days in jail, stayed one year with supervised probation and conditions and ordered to
pay a $300 fine plus court costs and fees for a
total of $390.
Kelly Jeanne Baker, 42, Grand Portage, pled
guilty Nov. 8 to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct filed April 25, and was sentenced
to 90 days in jail, stayed one year with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to
pay a $150 fine plus costs and fees for a total of
$240.
Nicholas John Pitman, 30, Grand Marais,
pled guilty Nov. 8 to charges of open bottle
(traffic) on June 3, and trespass (refuse to
depart) on June 11, the court having dismissed
an additional charge of furnishing liquor to
minors, and was ordered to pay fines and costs
totaling $555.
Nathan Paul Kettunen, 23, Tofte, pled guilty
Oct. 17 to misdemeanor charges of assault filed
May 14, the court having dismissed an additional charge of disorderly conduct. Sentenced
Nov. 9 to 90 days in jail, stayed two years with
supervised probation and conditions, and
ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and
fees for a total of $590.
Thelma L. Ward, 57, pled guilty Nov. 17 to
speeding (60/30) on Oct. 26, and was fined
$290.
Steven Glen Harker, 44, St. Paul, pled guilty
Nov. 18 to speeding (65/40) on Aug. 9, and was
fined $230.
Nancy Jeanne Hastings, 47, Wayzata, pled
guilty Nov. 3 to misdemeanor charges of
obstructing the legal process (interfere with a
peace officer) on July 3. Sentenced Nov. 21 to 30
days in jail, stayed one year with probation and
conditions, and ordered to pay a $100 fine plus
court costs and fees for a total of $190.
Anne Christiane Becker, 42, Tofte, pled guilty
Nov. 7 to felony charges of theft filed Nov. 29,
2010, and was granted a stay of imposition of
sentence on Nov. 28 with three years supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to
pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a
total of $590.
Tiffany Samantha Corwin, 18, Beaver Bay,
pled guilty Nov. 28 to charges of underage consumption of liquor on Aug. 6, and was fined
$190.
Ginnette Rachael Stacy, 38, Grand Marais,
pled guilty Nov. 28 to charges of DWI filed
Sept. 24, and was sentenced to one year in jail,
stayed two years with supervised probation and
conditions, and ordered to pay a $700 fine plus
costs and fees for a total of $790.
Phillip Gene Petersen, 54, Albert Lea, pled
guilty Nov. 28 to DNR charges of baiting bears
and littering filed Aug. 31, and was ordered to
pay fines totaling $400.
Richard D. Pulsfus, 29, Portage, Wis., pled
guilty Nov. 28 to charges of DWI filed Oct. 16,
and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, stayed one
year with supervised probation and conditions,
and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs
and fees for a total of $590.
Johnathan Ray England, 41, Grand Marais,
pled guilty Nov. 7 to charges of domestic assault
filed Oct. 24, and on Nov. 29 was placed on two
years supervised probation with conditions and
ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and
fees for a total of $590.
Casey James Pederson, 18, Grand Marais,
pled guilty Nov. 29 to charges of possession of
drugs and drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 14,
and was fined $190.
Marc Arend Johnson, 43, Isabella, pled guilty
June 3, 2009 to felony charges of DWI filed
May 10, 2009, additional charges of driving
after cancellation having been dismissed by the
court. Sentenced Nov. 28 to 42 months at the
state correctional facility at St. Cloud, stayed
five years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $300 fine plus court
costs and fees for a total of $390.
Dawayne Maurice Judd, 43, Madison, Wis.,
pled guilty Dec. 6 to speeding (74/55) on Sept.
23, and was fined $150.
Thomas David Miller, 50, Grand Marais, pled
guilty Nov. 28 to charges of open bottle law
violations (drinking and consumption) and
no proof of insurance filed Sept. 8, and was
ordered Dec. 6 to pay a $300 fine plus court
costs and fees for a total of $390.
John Ayolt Hettinga, 79, Modesto, Calif.,
pled guilty Dec. 6 to speeding (65/55) and no
seat belt on Sept. 17, and was fined $310.
Stephen Mullan, 59, Thunder Bay, pled guilty
Dec. 6 to speeding (80/55) on Sept. 17, and was
fined $230.
