The Cook County News-Herald publishes Matters of Record to inform the public of arraignments and dispositions of criminal cases in which the potential punishment exceeds $150 and/or 10 days in jail. It is the Cook County News-Herald’s policy that this information contains a complete record. Requests for items to be withheld will not be granted. Hartmut Tuchenhagen, 75, Thunder Bay, pled guilty Oct. 17 to charges of trespass filed July 31, and was fined $300 plus court and fees for a total of $390. William Carl Nicolaison, 23, Grand Marais, pled guilty Oct. 19 to charges of trespass filed June 11, the court having dismissed an additional charge of furnishing liquor to minors, and was fined $200 plus court costs and fees for a total of $290. Michael James Menne, 30, Hugo, pled guilty Oct. 21 to speeding (76/55) on Sept. 22, and was fined $230. Mark Steven Falteisek, 58, North St. Paul, pled guilty Oct. 24 to Department of Natural Resources charges of fishing without a stamp (trout and salmon) and fishing without a license on Sept. 29, and was fined $180. Richard Lee Feig, 75, Burnsville, pled guilty Oct. 25 to speeding (63/55) on June 29 and was granted a stay of adjudication, with conditions, on charges of careless driving, and was ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling $240. Gary Raymond Nesgoda, 31, Grand Marais, pled guilty Sept. 21 to driving after suspension on July 26. Granted a stay of adjudication Oct. 17 with one year of unsupervised probation and conditions. Lori Jean Reilly, 51, Duluth, pled guilty Oct. 26 to charges of littering on Sept. 30, and was fined $190. Joel Kenneth Bonin, 20, Schroeder, pled guilty Oct. 28 to charges of drug possession (small amount of marijuana) and no proof of insurance while driving filed Aug. 14, and was fined $340. John Cameron Fagerman, 22, Cloquet, pled guilty Oct. 31 to speeding (85/55) on June 26, and was fined $290. Michael Sheldon Rostamo, 40, Plymouth, pled guilty Oct. 2 to charges of speeding (69/50) on Oct. 1, and was fined $150. Bjarne Samuel Deschampe, 31, Grand Portage, pled guilty Aug. 17 to gross misdemeanor charges of criminal vehicular operation with negligence – under influence of alcohol and driving after revocation filed May 7, the court having dismissed additional charges of DWI and felony vehicular homicide. Sentenced Nov. 7 to one year in jail, stayed three years with supervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay costs and fines totaling $965. Calvin Alois Flaig, 84, Medina, pled guilty Nov. 7 to charges of speeding (70/55) on Oct. 13, and was fined $150. Gary Paul Robokoff, 52, Makinen, pled guilty Nov. 7 to charges of driving while impaired filed Oct. 2 and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, stayed one year with unsupervised probation and conditions, and ordered to pay a $500 fine plus court costs and fees for a total of $615. Brett James Smith, 20, Thunder Bay, pled guilty Nov. 8 to speeding (73/55) on Aug. 28, and was fined $150. Ashok S. Ramchandani, 25, Thunder Bay, pled guilty Nov. 8 to speeding (70/55) on Aug. 18, and was fined $150. Olaf Hans Gilbertson, 38, Burnsville, pled guilty Nov. 8 to speeding (71/55) on Oct. 29, and was fined $150. Marriage Dissolution Eric Michael Pehrson from Michelle Christine Pehrson, Oct. 19.
