April 4 to speeding (84/55) on
March 26, and was fined $290.
Kyle J. Friesen, 34, Thunder
Bay, pled guilty April 4 to
speeding (70/55) on March 13,
and was fined $150.
Thomas Andrew Christian,
20, Duluth, pled guilty April
4 to underage consumption
of liquor on Sept. 16, and was
fined $150.
Alise Ashley Holden,
24, Silver Bay, pled guilty
March 22 to felony charges of
forgery (falsely make or alter
membership card) on Oct. 13,
an additional charge of check
forgery having been dismissed
by the court. Sentenced April
6 to one year of unsupervised
probation and ordered to pay
restitution of $427.90.
Benjamin James Letowski,
21, Thunder Bay, pled guilty
April 6 to speeding (74/55) on
March 21, and was fined $150.
Benjamin Shane Phillips,
49, Grand Marais, pled guilty
Dec. 21 to charges of domestic
assault on July 18, the court
having dismissed two similar
charges. Sentenced April 6 to
90 days in jail, stayed two years
with probation and conditions,
and ordered to pay court costs
and fees of $90.
Kelly Burt McCalla, 47,
Deerwood, pled guilty April 11
to speeding (59/40) on Feb. 26,
and was fined $150.
